Short answer. Slovenia's national siren system, run by URSZR, uses three general signals: a 2-minute steady tone (warning of danger), a 1-minute wailing tone (immediate danger) and a 30-second steady tone (end of danger) 1. Sirens are tested every first Saturday of the month at 12:00 with the end-of-danger signal 1. SI-ALARM, a cell broadcast system needing no app, is being introduced; its first national test ran on 27 September 2025 2.

Every first Saturday of the month at 12:00, using the end-of-danger signal: "Vsako prvo soboto v mesecu ob 12. uri preizkusimo sirene z znakom za konec nevarnosti" 1. A steady 30-second tone at that time is a test.
