Short answer. No. Greece does not plan to distribute iodine tablets. What exactly does EEAE say?
In its announcement on nuclear safety in Ukraine, EEAE "δηλώνει ρητά και κατηγορηματικά ότι σε καμία περίπτωση δεν θα καταστεί αναγκαία η χορήγηση χαπιών σταθερού ιωδίου στην Ελλάδα": it states explicitly and categorically that administering stable iodine tablets will in no case become necessary in Greece 1. It adds that there is absolutely no reason to obtain iodine tablets "preventively" and "for every eventuality" 1.
